Individual counseling is available for adults and older adults (65+) seeking support for mental health concerns, emotional regulation, trauma recovery, addiction, and personal development. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to your specific goals and experiences.

Couples Counseling

Couples counseling supports partners who want to improve communication, address conflict, rebuild trust, or navigate life changes together. Therapy focuses on understanding patterns, strengthening connection, and developing healthier ways of relating.

Therapeutic Approach

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Zoe uses an integrative, evidence-based approach, drawing from multiple therapeutic modalities to meet each client’s needs. Approaches may include Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-focused therapy, mindfulness-based techniques, and motivational interviewing.

Experience & Credentials

Zoe Prowell has over 11 years of clinical experience working in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned her Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Louisville in 2014 and holds additional training in targeted case management and Brainspotting.

Her professional background allows her to support clients with both straightforward and complex mental health needs.
